President, established Intelectric in 1990 literally building the company with his own hands. Mitch has over 25 years of electrical experience, obtaining a C-10 contractors license by the time he was 23 years old. He is also a State Certified Journeyman Electrician. From wiring his first hillside home in Bel Air to the current 1,800 strong client base, Mitch remains a strong force in day-to-day operations. A native to the west side of Los Angeles Mitch supports the community through various charities, including Culver City Little League where his twin boys are playing (and loving) their third season. Many of our clients personally share time with Mitch and appreciate his diligence to make everything work right the first time.
Vice President of Finance, Karen has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its inception in 1990. She is responsible for project and service billing. Married to Mitch for over 15 years, Karen now divides her time between the office and raising their 9-year old twin boys, Ryan and Justin. She spends time as a parent volunteer in the classroom and is very supportive of their boys’ love of baseball as a Culver City Little League Board Member and the League’s Treasurer since 2005.
Office Manager, Jeannie is a multi-tasking office management professional who supports personnel in the many day-to-day issues within the office and manages our human resources dept., including employee relations and payroll. Her goal is to be our "Jeannie in the bottle" to assure our office runs smoothly. Jeannie’s commitment to client satisfaction is top priority.
Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in management, supervision and coordination in a variety of electrical construction activities. Earl also has background in voice and data infrastructure, from designing, budgeting, to scheduling, planning and implementing. Earl works with all our employees on day to day operations to assure quality and continuity.
Director of Operations, Jeff has over 24 years in electrical construction and management and has a unique perspective on the projects he undertakes. Jeff received his first Journeyman's card in 1983 in Dallas, Texas. His career has evolved by adding product development and supply-chain management to his list of qualifications. In the last five years Jeff has concentrated his efforts on project management and infrastructure development. Jeff’s ultimate goal is to continually develop new ways to combine traditional trade practices with cutting edge technology to develop new markets.
Project Manager, Robert Martell has over 20 years experience in the electrical field. Robert was born and raised in the Boston area which is where he established his electrical career. His expertise is in both commercial and residential applications with a strong emphasis in design. Robert has been a mentor to many in the field and believes that a solid work ethic, attention to detail and leadership by example are the keys to his success.
Service Coordinator, Chris is always ready to help; he adapts quickly to any task he undertakes and usually finds a way to do it more efficiently. This is an invaluable tool as he supports the service department in achieving its overall goals; providing organization and technical support to all customers. Being Certified in Vantage Lighting Control System and other high end automation technology, Chris is able to support our automated projects with system installation and programming. Chris is a valuable part of the Intelectric team.
Project Assistant, Greg has several years of electrical experience in both the commercial and residential fields. He has performed electrical and management duties on large projects including high rise buildings, data com relocations and major tenant improvements for customers such as banking institutions and nationwide retail outlets. Greg was born and raised in Northern California's Bay Area and spent several years developing his electrical skills in the Sacramento region. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and great attitude are an asset to every project. Greg's goals include continued growth in the traditional electrical market and expansion into new alternative energy and automation markets.
Accounts Payable/Project Administrator, Monica is a Full-charge Certified Bookkeeper with over 10 years of experience in Construction Accounting. She works with the Project Managers on project-related administration, as well as performs all Accounts Payable duties and assists with Accounts Receivable.
Customer Service / Receptionist, Lorraine is the first friendly voice you’ll encounter at our office. She can schedule your appointment with one of our service technicians, project managers or estimators. Lorraine manages our busy schedule and is responsible for the efficient communication between customers and field technicians to ensure a quick response and smooth experience for everyone.
