President, established Intelectric in 1990 literally building the company with his own hands. Mitch has over 25 years of electrical experience, obtaining a C-10 contractors license by the time he was 23 years old. He is also a State Certified Journeyman Electrician. From wiring his first hillside home in Bel Air to the current 1,800 strong client base, Mitch remains a strong force in day-to-day operations. A native to the west side of Los Angeles Mitch supports the community through various charities, including Culver City Little League where his twin boys are playing (and loving) their 7th season. Many of our clients personally share time with Mitch and appreciate his diligence to make everything work right the first time.
Vice President of Finance, Karen has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its inception in 1990. She is responsible for managing the company’s financial health. Married to Mitch for over 17 years and working alongside him for the past 20, Karen now divides her time between the office and raising their 11-year old twin boys, Ryan and Justin. She spends time as a parent volunteer in the classroom and is very supportive of their boys’ love of baseball as a Culver City Little League Board Member since 2005 and currently the League’s co-Secretary.
Operations Manager, Jeannie is a multi-tasking office management professional who supports personnel in the many day-to-day issues within the office and manages our human resources dept., including employee relations and payroll. Her goal is to be our "Jeannie in the bottle" to assure our office runs smoothly. Jeannie’s commitment to client satisfaction is top priority.
Project Manager, a native of Los Angeles, with over 30 years in the construction industry. Ray became a licensed electrical contractor in 1984, running his own business for over twenty years, during which time he completed projects in all areas of the electrical industry. Over the last 5 years Ray worked as a project manager overseeing a variety of construction projects. In addition to facilitating strong communications and overseeing projects, Ray is responsible for constructability review and oversight of projects, project budgets, scheduling and estimating, ensuring that projects are completed timely, within scope and on budget. He is also a licensed general contractor and has built several custom homes of his own, as well as for clients. Ray has a steady hand, good humor, and calm demeanor which leads to his developing a strong rapport with clients, as well as their total satisfaction.
Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in management, supervision and coordination in a variety of electrical construction activities. Earl also has background in voice and data infrastructure, from designing, budgeting, to scheduling, planning and implementing. Earl works with all our employees on day to day operations to assure quality and continuity.
Customer Service / Receptionist, Lorraine is the first friendly voice you’ll encounter at our office. She can schedule your appointment with one of our service technicians, project managers or estimators. Lorraine manages our busy schedule and is responsible for the efficient communication between customers and field technicians to ensure a quick response and smooth experience for everyone.
